Supplier Stock Changes
A listing can remain active even after the supplier runs out of inventory, increasing the risk of overselling or cancellations.
Currently in development
Skumetra is building a supplier-aware protection platform for Amazon sellers. It will compare supplier inventory and costs with Amazon listings, calculate safe selling prices, and identify products that require attention.
File-based monitoring first. Seller-approved actions. No automatic Amazon changes.
A listing can remain active even after the supplier runs out of inventory, increasing the risk of overselling or cancellations.
A cost increase can quietly reduce or eliminate profit when marketplace pricing is not reviewed quickly.
Amazon listings, supplier spreadsheets, fees, shipping assumptions, and margin rules are often managed separately.
Skumetra is being designed to help sellers identify the products most exposed to supplier-driven stock, cost, pricing, margin, matching, and data-quality risks.

The initial version will use CSV and Excel files. Sellers will review recommendations and make any Amazon changes manually.
Planned initial capabilities
Skumetra is not being built as a generic repricer, supplier marketplace, automated purchasing tool, or fully autonomous Amazon agent.
Financial calculations will be based on explicit rules such as supplier cost, shipping, estimated Amazon fees, minimum profit, minimum margin, and price limits.
AI may assist with product matching, data interpretation, and explanations, but it will not independently calculate final financial values, approve uncertain matches, change prices, or update Amazon listings.
Skumetra is in the MVP validation and early development stage. The initial focus is a narrow, file-based workflow for detecting supplier stock, supplier cost, unsafe-price, margin, and product-data risks.
Active Amazon sellers who manage supplier inventory or pricing files are welcome to get in touch, especially if supplier stock or cost changes create recurring manual work or financial risk.
